Prestress Technology implements an open access policy: the copyright owner grants the right of use of academic works to others under a shared license (CC-BY), allowing any user to immediately, freely, and freely access their works, including reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, or hyperlinking to the text of the work, indexing, using as input data for software, and any other legal application.
