Prestress Technology is an open access journal. All articles published in the journal are freely available online to readers immediately upon publication, without any subscription fees or access barriers. The journal currently does not levy article processing charges. All publishing costs are borne by the sponsoring institution.

Any changes to authorship (including additions, deletions, or reordering of names) after manuscript submission must be requested in writing to the Editor-in-Chief. All authors must sign a statement agreeing to the proposed change.
The journal suggests that all authors provide their ORCID iD (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) upon submission. Authors can register for free at https://orcid.org. ORCID helps distinguish between authors with similar names and ensures accurate attribution of scholarly output. Currently, authors may enter their ORCID iD as text in the submission system's comments field or on the first page of the manuscript.
