    • A New Bridge Cable Force Testing System and Method

      Abstract:The cable force test is one of the important measurement items for bridge health monitoring. Designs and develops a wireless cable force measurement system based on the frequency method through the research of cable force testing technologies. Design a wireless MEMS capacitive accelerometer, describes the principles and discusses the layout of the measuring points and the new fundamental frequency algorithm in the cable force test. Also, based on the actual project, has a detailed description of the system use. Through cable force calculation algorithm argument, have dispatched a cable force of the measurement method to accurately calculate a more accurate, and verified through experiments. Provided an efficient, convenient and accurate cable force measurement system and method for bridge engineering had an important reference value for engineering staff.

      Abstract:At present, isolation rubber bearings are widely used in engineering structures such as bridges and buildings, and can play a significant role in isolation. However, traditional isolation rubber bearings do not have effective force measuring devices to detect and read the bearing's stress status, and cannot monitor and evaluate the operational status of bridge beams and building structures. With the development of bridge and construction engineering technology, people's requirements for the comfort and safety of bridges and buildings are becoming increasingly high. Considering the development prospect of the market and the requirements of Structural health monitoring technology, intelligent isolation rubber bearing has become a new product with considerable potential. A new type of intelligent isolation rubber bearing is a hydraulic force sensor installed on the original isolation rubber bearing structure, which uses pressure sensing technology to detect and read the vertical bearing capacity of the bearing, effectively collecting powerful data for the evaluation and analysis of the health status of engineering structures. The article conducted force testing to verify its feasibility and reliability, and analyzed and summarized its effectiveness

      Abstract:FAST is the largest Radio telescope in the world at present. Its reflecting surface is adjusted by the hydraulic actuator driving the lower cable of the telescopic cylinder to achieve full polarization and broadband observation. By exploring the hydraulic technologies of two currently mature hydraulic actuators, we aim to identify hydraulic technologies that meet the requirements of FAST hydraulic actuators and provide technical references for research, construction, and other work related to FAST project engineering.

      Abstract:Suspension bridge, as the bridge with the largest span, has been developed rapidly in China, but the research on the anti-corrosion of the cable system of the superstructure of Suspension bridge has not achieved very satisfactory results, especially the anti-corrosion of the main cable as the lifeline of Suspension bridge. At present, bridge cables mainly rely on cable replacement to solve the anti-corrosion and safety performance issues of the cables. Suspension bridge's slings, anchorages, stay cables, etc. have all had the technology of cable replacement, but the main cable of Suspension bridge has not seen the technology and examples of cable replacement. This paper mainly introduces the structural design of the replaceable main cable of Suspension bridge and its saddles, cable clamps, and splay sleeves, and focuses on the design of key components, cable clamps, and their related tests. Explain the feasibility of achieving interchangeable main cables and anti-corrosion of main cables

      Abstract:With 4 × Taking the 20m high-speed interchange ramp correction and restoration project as the background, combined with the structural characteristics of the on-site interchange ramp and the space under the beam, two types of correction and restoration systems and jacking and sliding jack synchronization systems were designed. The jacking jack was used to provide active correction force, drive the beam slip, and achieve lateral correction and restoration of the beam. The key design points and construction techniques of the deviation correction and restoration plan were emphasized. Engineering practice has shown that the design is reasonable, the construction is economical and convenient, and the expected engineering effect has been achieved. It has reference and promotion value for similar projects
