Abstract:6400 tons hydraulic compound crane is the world's largest lifting capacity of land crane, the maximum rated lifting weight of 6400 tons, lifting height of 120 meters, equipment design and manufacturing localization rate of 100%. By the end of 2013, it has been successfully applied to the hoisting of two Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactors in Shanxi Lu 'an high sulfur coal clean utilization oil-heating integration demonstration project. This paper introduces the composition and basic performance of the crane measurement and control system, which is of great significance to the hoisting of large reactor tanks in petrochemical industry.

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of national construction, the number of cross-line Bridges and cross-river Bridges is also increasing. However, due to the influence of many factors such as terrain location, climate and navigation, the common erection equipment is difficult to meet the construction requirements. The device required by this construction method is a set of a new generation of bridge pushing construction device, which integrates pushing, translation and lateral correction. The construction method is multi-point synchronous pushing beam, the sliding surface is installed in the device, and the sliding surface is not at the bottom of the main beam, which can effectively ensure the contact between the pushing device and the main structure, improve the force of the main structure, and almost affect the main structure Zero damage. In this paper, the control strategy and design algorithm of the control system of the device are studied, and some control theories and research directions about the walking type push are described in combination with the actual working conditions.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and application of the gantry tail sliding system which is combined with the compound door lifting equipment. The system is remotely controlled by the central control room and collaborates with the compound door lifting equipment to lift the devices or components that need to be installed upright. It has the ability of lifting, lowering and crawling. At the same time, it has auxiliary deviation correction and tail-cable wind pulling device, which can effectively cooperate with the main door lifting heavy equipment to carry out lifting operations.

Abstract:In this paper, in view of corrosion damage in reinforced concrete, an electrochemical method is applied to accelerate corrosion tests of reinforced concrete trabeculars in different degrees, and ultrasonic guided wave tests are carried out on them respectively. Through the first wave energy analysis, the signal energy changes before and after corrosion are obtained. The original signal was analyzed by wavelet packet respectively, and the wavelet packet energy spectrum of each corrosion stage was obtained. The damage degree of the structure was diagnosed by the change of the energy distribution of each frequency band signal. The time-frequency curve of the signal, waveform characteristics, damage categories and frequency distribution of each damage stage are obtained by wavelet packet analysis.

Abstract:The application of corrugated steel webs in cable-stayed Bridges without backcables is another new breakthrough in the field of external prestressed box girder with corrugated steel webs. In this paper, the advantages of external prestressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel web and the design of external prestressed system of the bridge are introduced, which lays a foundation for the application of the composite box girder structure in China.

Abstract:Chongqing Double Monument Jialingjiang Bridge, with a main span of 330 meters, is a high-low tower single-cable plane double-row cable-stayed bridge, the main beam is cantilevered construction, the section is 7 meters long and weighs about 460t. This paper introduces the application of composite hanging basket cantilever casting and steel strand group anchor cable-stayed cable construction in the construction of this bridge.
