Abstract:In order to meet the technical requirements of GB/T14370-2000 national standard and JGJ85-2002 industry standard, the analytical calculation and finite element analysis are carried out in the design and experimental study of the toothed single hole opening anchorage for prestressing tendons of steel strand. On this basis, through the design optimization, the reliability and applicability of the product are further improved, and the processing cost is reduced. The methods and results of relevant calculation and analysis are discussed in detail in this paper, which can provide reference for the development of similar products.

Abstract:Cable-borne crane is a special equipment for the erection of the main beam of large suspension bridge, and the transverse pole beam is the main component of the general cable-borne crane. In this paper, a comparative study is carried out on the two schemes of transverse flat beam design for Maanshan Yangtze River Bridge, that is, the comparison of box section beam and truss beam. Under the same working conditions, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to make each scheme meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability, so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes.

Abstract:In the past two years, China has produced 150 million hole clip anchors every year, and about 20 million cast anchor pads are used every year. It is known that such a large number of anchor plates, most of them have not been approved by good safety calculation and load transfer test, so that the safety degree of prestressed reinforcement anchorage area in the construction and construction projects is uncertain. Project owners, structural designers, anchor manufacturers and industry executives cannot turn a blind eye to this and allow it to continue year after year. The relevant standards and structural design units at home and abroad do not require the anchor production unit to provide the anchor plate design calculation data, but this does not mean that these data are not needed. Where is the anchor plate and screw bar design drawing of anchor plant based? Most of the anchor pads used in the project are not crushed, but there are no cracks in the concrete in the anchoring area, and their safety degree meets the requirements of the code standards? We should still pay attention to the existing problems and try to solve them. This paper is to discuss this.

Abstract:In order to avoid interference to railway operation, the common construction methods for existing railway Bridges over the span include turning and pushing. The turning method takes a short time and there is no system conversion in the construction process, so it should be the first choice when conditions are not limited. When the bridge location is unable to turn due to the influence of existing buildings, the jacking method can be considered. Considering the need for later maintenance and maintenance, it is generally not appropriate to use steel structures to cross existing lines. In the design of prestressed concrete beams constructed by push-up method, it is necessary to consider the temporary beam arrangement, the connection between guide beam and concrete beam, the stiffness of permanent pier and temporary pier, and the reasonable line shape of beam bottom. It is easy to have such problems as excessive push force, deformation of slide, unplugging of slide block, excessive displacement of pier top, cracking of pier bottom and cracking of beam body at the joint of guide beam and concrete.

Abstract:China's nuclear power development has been more than 20 years, before 2008, China's nuclear power containment prestressed construction all adopt foreign prestressed anchoring system, in order to promote the nuclear power prestressed products localization, Liuzhou Overwem Machinery Co., Ltd. developed the nuclear power prestressed anchoring system, the system has been officially used in Fangjiashan nuclear power plant. This paper introduces the application of Overeem prestressed anchorage system in Fangjiashan nuclear power plant and some actual measurement data.

Abstract:Tongfulu Grand Canal Bridge is a two-tower, two-cable-plane prestressed concrete partial cable-stayed bridge with prestressed concrete main beams and a variable height single-box four-room vertical web section. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of the cable-stayed cable of Tongfu Grand Canal Bridge in Huaian, and understands the construction characteristics, construction methods and key points of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower, hoping to provide reference for similar cable-stayed bridge projects.
