Abstract:The construction conditions of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge are complex and the project scale is huge. The approach bridge accounts for about 95% of the total length of the bridge. The superstructure of the approach bridge in the offshore and mudflat areas adopts 70m and 50m span prefabricated box girders, and the whole span is prefabricated and erected. Steel pipe Pile foundation and precast piers are mostly used for the substructure of the approach bridge. Abstract:The cables of a double tower cable-stayed bridge are generally symmetrically arranged relative to the main tower, with anchor heads or cable saddles installed on the main tower and anchor heads installed inside the main beam for anchoring. The middle of the main span is a cable free zone, which is usually compensated for by placing prestressed steel tendons in this area during design. In this paper, the author puts forward the concept of cable span transfer coupler of cable stayed bridge, which effectively solves the tension problem of cable free zone of cable stayed bridge with two towers or more. In the design of Donghe River Crossing Bridge in Hohhot City, for the first time, the outermost cables of two towers are continuously arranged, thus avoiding the existence of cable free zone, greatly simplifying the anchorage structure, and achieving good results

Abstract:The anchorage system is the load-bearing component of the main cable of a large Suspension bridge and the lifeline project of a Suspension bridge. The curved prestressed steel tendons are mostly used in the tunnel anchors of Suspension bridge. Compared with the prestressed steel tendons of straight pipes, the anchorage system is more difficult in design, production and construction. This paper introduces the application of the bending bundle exchangeable anchorage system on the Aizhai Super Suspension bridge in Hunan Province, and summarizes the experience to provide reference for similar projects in the future

Abstract:The Fangshuihe aqueduct is currently the largest aqueduct in China with a water discharge cross-section size. The groove wall is thin, the concrete grade is high, the hydration heat is high, the insulation temperature increases, and the structure is complex. Abstract:The full length bonded prestressed anchor cable is the earliest and most widely used in China. In response to the viewpoint that the full length bonded anchor cable cannot be used as permanent support, the protection principle of the full length bonded anchor cable is discussed in detail, and a large number of facts are used to prove that the full length bonded anchor cable can be fully used as permanent support in non corrosive strata. Full length bonded anchor cables have the advantages of low cost, simple structure, fast construction speed, maximum mobilization of the self bearing capacity of the rock mass, greater bearing capacity compared to unbonded anchor cables, and no need for special protection of the external and external anchor heads during long-term use. They should be preferred in non corroded strata, but attention should be paid to following the usage conditions
