Abstract:The prestressed technology is used in the outer tank of liquefied natural gas concrete, and it is required that the prestressed anchor products comply with the relevant test requirements of the European standard ETAG013 to meet its low-temperature usage requirements. The article focuses on the static load test process and results of the 19 hole low-temperature anchor of OVM company.

Abstract:The bending tensile test method was used to test the bonding performance between carbon fiber cloth and steel components. The effects of thickness, width, and length of carbon fiber cloth on bonding strength were studied. The experimental results indicate that as the adhesive thickness increases, the ultimate bearing capacity gradually increases, but it is not a simple linear relationship; As the ratio of adhesive width to the width of the steel specimen increases, the ultimate bearing capacity gradually decreases; The effective bonding length between fiber cloth and steel structure is approximately 120-150mm

Abstract:This article introduces the world's first large-span curved bridge with an asymmetric cambered arch bridge and its tie rods, and a linear elastic channel steering gear is designed and applied to this bridge. The linear elastic channel steering gear is placed at the tangent of the cable arc, and the deviation formed by the cable at the steering gear is very small. Reasonable steering can be achieved through the elastic deformation of the channel, relying on the elastic compression deformation of the channel wall to form an appropriate curved line shape

Abstract:This paper introduces the natural environment, geographical location and general situation of Le Pont Flaubert, the largest Vertical-lift bridge in the world, and introduces the main technical innovations in the design and construction of the French Flaubert Bridge, as well as the characteristics of the bridge. However, the Vertical-lift bridge can not only meet the basic needs of urban traffic, but also ensure the passage of large ships, which preserves the navigation culture of the city to the greatest extent, and is also a harmonious unity of the bridge and the environment

Abstract:The original author of this article is Professor Liang Qingchang, a renowned Indonesian Chinese bridge designer. The article introduces new technologies for the design and application of the Grand Wisata cable-stayed bridge in Indonesia. Although the bridge has a small span, it represents some new technologies applied in concrete cable-stayed bridge construction in Indonesia: high-strength self compacting concrete, prefabricated beams with pre camber in cable-stayed bridge systems, and the use of unbonded epoxy steel strands for cable-stayed cables

Abstract:The anchoring mechanism of prestressed anchor cables is complex, and there are many factors that affect the effectiveness of prestressed anchoring. The loss of anchoring force is related to factors such as material properties, mechanical properties of the anchored medium, quality of anchor fixtures, and construction technology. The impact of anchor cable construction technology on the loss of anchor cable anchoring force is mainly reflected in the hole forming process of the channel. Through the research on the hole forming process of the channel, a theoretical calculation formula for the friction loss of the channel has been derived, which is more in line with engineering practice and has great practical value. At the same time, corresponding engineering control measures have been proposed for the loss of anchoring force caused by hole formation in the channel

Abstract:This article introduces the application of a new system conversion process for suspension tensioning of steel strand group anchor system in the construction of cable-stayed cables of Jianyi Bridge. This process has changed the previous practice that the fixed end must be equipped with a nut with screw thread rotation to carry out system conversion, and achieved good results.
