Abstract:Using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS, finite element analysis was conducted on the bending performance of reinforced concrete simply supported beams strengthened with CFRP. The results indicate that after strengthening the concrete beam with carbon fiber cloth, the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam is significantly improved and the deflection is significantly reduced compared to the unreinforced beam

Abstract:Anchorage structures refer to geotechnical engineering reinforcement support structures such as grouted anchor rods, anchor cables, and soil nails. The critical anchoring length of anchored structural rods refers to the ultimate anchoring length of anchored structural rods in a certain geotechnical medium. Beyond this length, its bearing capacity will no longer significantly increase; Not reaching this length, there is still some potential for its bearing capacity to be excavated. For over half a century, research has been conducted on the issue of critical anchorage length from different perspectives both domestically and internationally. However, systematic research is still lacking, and direct research is extremely rare. Therefore, this problem has not been truly solved and is still in the stage of local discovery and exploration and resolution. The research on the critical anchoring length of anchor structures in China started later than abroad, but there has been a significant increase in direct research on this issue in recent years. China has proposed a method for determining the critical anchoring length through experiments, and has studied and determined the critical anchoring length of certain media and corresponding technical specifications

Abstract:In the process of slope treatment around the Kunming World Expo Park, in order to better guide practical engineering, the stress characteristics of prestressed anchor cables in red clay were studied based on experimental results. The Shear stress distribution theories of Phillips and Shear stress uniform distribution method are used to analyze the test data, and the simple calculation formulas of the two anchoring forces are derived

Abstract:The cable anchorage zone is a key part of the control design of cable-stayed bridges, and many large-span cable-stayed bridges at home and abroad have conducted specialized analysis and research on the anchorage zone. Based on engineering examples, this paper introduces the common connection types of cable beam anchorage structures for large-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridges - anchor box type, pin hinge type, anchor plate type, and anchor pipe type. Summarized the structural characteristics and finite element calculation, static load testing, and fatigue testing methods of different connection types. Analyzed the force transmission mechanism and stress concentration phenomenon of four types of anchoring structures, proposed structural measures for reasonable transmission of cable force and reduction of stress concentration phenomenon, and clarified the issues that should be paid attention to in design

Abstract:The space cable structure of Suspension bridge determines the transition of catwalk system from empty cable state to completed bridge state during construction. Referring to the construction process of catwalk of Fumin Bridge in Tianjin, this paper introduces some new technologies applied in the construction of catwalk system of self anchored Suspension bridge with single tower space cable structure, providing reference for the construction of similar bridges in the future

Abstract:The core task of construction control is to analyze, identify, adjust various errors, and predict the future state of the structure. Continuous beam bridges, continuous T-structures, and cable-stayed bridges with hanging holes are not as easy to adjust as cable-stayed bridges, and can only be adjusted by formwork elevation and prestressed tendons. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the achievement of control objectives

Abstract:Since 1980, EMPA in Duneneneba Bendorf, Switzerland, BBR in Zurich Sversenbar, Ciba AG in Basel, and Stesalit AG in Zuville have been researching and developing carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) Parallel fiber bundles for cable stayed bridges and Suspension bridge. This fiber harness has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, high strength and corresponding elastic modulus, as well as excellent fatigue resistance characteristics. The key issue facing the use of CFRP cables and their future promotion is how to anchor them. This describes a patented gradient anchoring method based on ceramics and epoxy resin. From 1995 to 1996, two large size CFRP stay cables were first used on Stoke Bridge in Winterthur, Switzerland. This bridge is a two lane cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 124 meters
