Abstract:In response to the national call for the independence of nuclear power construction,OVM organized a full-scale vertical steel beam grouting test for nuclear power plant containment. The test was carried out in combination with the grouting of prestressed containment system in Fangjiashan, Qinshan and Fuqing nuclear power plants. This paper mainly introduces the purpose, program, process and results of the test under the condition that all the equipment is made in China. The test results show that the use of domestic anchors and equipment can meet the requirements of vertical grouting of prestressed channels in nuclear power containment, and has far-reaching significance in promoting the autonomy of nuclear power engineering construction in China

Abstract:The issue of whether steel strand slippage occurs in the anchorage of the whole bundle of steel strand extrusion cables under long-term load is a highly concerned issue. This study (project) conducted simulation experiments for this purpose. Firstly, a groove was made on the anchorage device of a single steel strand extrusion cable to release the extrusion stress. Static load tests showed that there was no steel wire slipping; Then, a static load test was conducted on the 19 hole steel strand after high-temperature stress annealing, and the steel strand broke in the free section instead of slipping off at the anchorage. The experiment has proven that the anti slip performance of the extruded cable anchor is relatively reliable

Abstract:In the lifting of masts and various high-rise structures, the cable wind rope is an important stabilizing system, playing a role in stabilizing the mast and bearing some of the load during the lifting of the mast. This article introduces a control system for pre tightening and loosening equipment of cable wind ropes, including the hardware structure, network configuration, software structure, etc. of the control system

Abstract:Anchorage structures refer to geotechnical engineering reinforcement support structures such as grouted anchor rods, anchor cables, and soil nails. The critical anchoring length of anchored structural rods refers to the ultimate anchoring length of anchored structural rods in a certain geotechnical medium. Beyond this length, its bearing capacity will no longer significantly increase; Not reaching this length, there is still some potential for its bearing capacity to be excavated. For over half a century, research has been conducted on the issue of critical anchorage length from different perspectives both domestically and internationally. However, systematic research is still lacking, and direct research is extremely rare. Therefore, this problem has not yet been truly solved and is still in the stage of local discovery and exploration and resolution

Abstract:According to the above analysis, the system can use high-precision angular displacement sensors installed on bridge piers to transmit the collected angle signals to the computer through signal adjustment devices. After data processing, the horizontal displacement values of each pier of the bridge can be given. Furthermore, during the pushing process, the force measuring device also transmits the measured oil pressure signal to the computer, which is converted into the pushing force. The computer monitors the displacement and thrust of the pier top in real-time and displays these data on the screen. Figure 8 shows the relationship between angular displacement and linear displacement and the measurement principle diagram
