Abstract:By analyzing the causes of frequent cracks in the web of bridge box girders, it is shown that the existing anchorage system of fine-rolled rebar has the defect of excessive retraction, and a feasible anchorage system that can effectively solve the problem of excessive retraction is put forward - strand vertical prestressing anchorage system, and the tensioning process and equipment are improved, so that the tensioning is easy to operate and reliable. The operation is convenient and reliable. The strand vertical prestressing anchorage system can ensure the designed prestressing in the box girder web, and can effectively improve the durability of the box girder web.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the application status quo of pre-stressing anchor cable in China, puts forward the solution to solve the deterioration of pre-stressing anchor cable through the structural improvement and optimization of the anchor cable, reveals the advanced technology of whole bunch extrusion and shear dispersion applied to the new CPS shear dispersing anchor cable, and discusses the action mechanism of CPS shear dispersing anchor cable. According to the results obtained in this paper, the CPS shear dispersed anchor cable system with small drilling holes, high bearing capacity and high corrosion resistance will bring great benefits to the geotechnical anchorage construction in China.

Abstract:Jiangxi Province Tai (and)-Gan (state) highway is in the mountainous and hilly area, in which there is a section of high slope maximum excavation of up to 98 m. Geological conditions for the whole weathering ~ strong weathering granite, was a fractured structure, is very easy to produce the phenomenon of slumping, sliding, etc., affecting the stability of slopes. Abstract:It introduces the transportation and erection technology of large-tonnage railroad girders under complex environmental conditions. The rail girder weighs 190 tons, choose French Williams TG300 locomotive and French NICOLAS trailer to transport the girder, the transportation line is to pass through the busy canal, using the open type lifting trestle to solve the contradiction that the girder carriers pass on top, and the following continues to be navigable. When erecting the girders, the gantry girder erection machine specially designed and made for the general area is used; the gantry girder erection machine and the combination of the special area is used, and the erection purpose is achieved through the longitudinal and transversal movement.
