Abstract:This paper briefly introduces Dongguan Hongfulu Large Bridge and its main structure, analyzes several key control points in design and construction, and puts forward an accurate control method for one-time lifting elevation of flexible bridge deck system, namely "pitch control method ", emphasizing that bridge design must be closely combined with construction, so as to facilitate the exchange of experience and push of bridge engineering design and actual construction with peers in the bridge field Broaden the new bridge structure and improve the bridge design level.

Abstract:Beipanjiang Bridge is located between the V-shaped deep gorge, the bridge floor 280 meters above the water, the main span of 236 meters, is the world's largest single-line bearing concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. The construction of the bridge adopts the single hinge rotating construction method, the Liupanshui half-arch rotates 135°, the Boguan half-arch rotates 180°, and the half-arch rotating weight is 10,400 tons. This paper focuses on the rotating structure, stress analysis, control and tension of the upper plate.

Abstract:According to the design and construction requirements of Puli Tunnel and Ailan Exchange Road in Nantou Section of Taiwan National Highway No. 6 C608 standard (hereinafter referred to as Taiwan C608 cable-stayed Bridge), a new construction method of OVM250 parallel strand cable cable single cable change is introduced in this paper It is to replace the entire unbonded steel strand that needs to be replaced (together with the PE sheath). When the steel strand in the unbonded steel strand is extracted in the process of steel strand replacement, the new steel strand is also brought into the original unbonded PE sheath, and the original unbonded PE sheath is still retained, which greatly simplifies the steel strand replacement process.

It is a kind of cantilever assembly construction technology, because the steel main girder of the cable-stayed bridge, whether it is an open section box girder or a closed section box girder, is finished in the factory, and the joint connection type is mostly high-strength bolts or welding, the bridge floor crane can meet the needs of the steel beam spliced in the lifting part, and the multiple tensioning of the structure's cable-stayed cable can ensure that the construction line meets the requirements of the design and formation. In the traditional hanging basket, only the construction platform is left to meet the requirements of construction operation, and it is often designed as a light safety platform, which is mostly fixed on the installed beam bottom track, so that the construction scheme of the bridge floor crane and the safety platform are realized. Abstract:Problems to be noted in Construction : Cleaning Tension of steel strand in anchoring section The tension of anchor cable depends on the bonding force between steel strand and the grouting body to be transferred to the rock mass around the hole through the grouting body. Therefore, the grease on the steel strand in anchoring section must be cleaned. The anti-rust grease on the steel strand has penetrated into the internal space of the 7 steel wires, and can not only clean the surface, the steel strand must be spread out, and the 7 steel wires are cleaned and then restored. This is very troublesome and only suitable for projects with a small amount of anchor cables. For large slope projects, it is appropriate to use high temperature water jet cleaning above 90℃ in a closed container, this method does not need to disperse the steel strand and clean;
