Abstract:Changzhang Expressway 20 standard three work area, there are 4 special, bridge, need prefabricated 30m prestressed concrete T beam 420 pieces. Due to the steep terrain of the project, apart from the bridge project, the left and right lines of the high excavation are separated subgrade. Therefore, it is very important to arrange the precast site reasonably and adopt the feasible beam site construction scheme to shorten the construction period and reduce the project cost. Therefore, the author comprehensively introduces the layout scheme, construction organization, labor force and material arrangement of the prefab yard, as well as the construction technology and precautions of the beam yard, and the results obtained can be used as reference for similar projects.
