Abstract:Shanghai Lupu Bridge is an all-steel arch bridge with a main span of 550 meters. The steel arch rib above the bridge floor is cantilevered and the cable is load-bearing. According to the installation characteristics of the bridge, this paper introduces the axis adjustment scheme before the steel arch rib is closed and the technology of the single cable of the parallel cable of the steel strand.

Abstract:The 2×300MW unit of Hubei Puqi Power Plant has a drum diameter of 2.033m, a length of 22.500m and a weight of 167t. During the lifting process, the drum needs to tilt more than 32° before it can pass through the beams of each layer smoothly. This paper discusses the feasibility of hydraulic lifting technology in inclined lifting of drum by analyzing the stress state of drum during lifting, which has universal significance for drum lifting.
