Abstract:In this paper, the design and manufacture of OVMPES(FD)7-451 cable are described in detail, which solves the common problems of stress cracking of PE sheath in a short period of time, corrosion of cable body steel wire caused by capillary action or other accidental water, and provides a kind of cable with better safety, durability and adaptability.

Abstract:From the view of rheology, the mechanism of shotcrete support in circular roadway has been studied. Academician Liu Baochen and Professor Tao Zhenyu have made an original analysis and obtained a brilliant solution. Both theoretical analysis and engineering practice show that when the lateral pressure coefficient λ≠1, the stability of roadway is related to the axial ratio. According to the large residual strength characteristic of shotcrete after initial crack, this paper proposes to use fiber reinforced concrete as an ideal elastoplastic material. Based on the rheological properties of rock mass and the interaction between shotcrete and rock mass, the ultimate load method is used to design the supporting thickness of shotcrete in elliptical roadway and the approximate calculation formula is given. At last, an engineering example is cited to obtain satisfactory results.

Abstract:Based on the stress analysis of the tension-type prestressed anchor cable, it is pointed out that the free section of the tension-type anchor cable in rock mass and soil should go deep into the imaginary sliding surface of 1 ~ 2m and 2 ~ 3m respectively, and it is suggested that a 50 cm long free section should be kept at the opening of the full-length anchor tension-type anchor cable to reduce the shear stress caused by temperature change. In view of the rheological displacement of weak rock mass and the late displacement caused by tension, stress transfer after locking and energy dissipation of broken rock mass, it is suggested that the pressure distributed cable compensation tension should be added to the construction code of prestressed anchor cable. Finally, the structure of the new high anticorrosion anchor cable of Liuzhou OVW Company is introduced.
