Abstract:This paper mainly expounds the basic situation of application and development of prestressed long-span spatial steel structures in China. These structures include prestressed space truss structures, cable-stayed lattice structures, dome structures, beam string structures, bow-type prestressed steel structures, etc. Finally, the paper looks forward to the prestressed spatial steel structures in the new century.

Abstract:This paper introduces the planar prestressed cable net structure and its mechanical behavior. Taking a 30×30m prestressed cable net as an example, the structural deflection and cable tension under various load cases are calculated. The method for determining member prestress considering temperature loads is presented, and the construction sequence is briefly introduced.

Abstract:Applying prestress in reticulated shells can effectively adjust internal forces of members and ball joints, reduce structural deformation, and balance horizontal thrust at supports. Combined with engineering practice, this paper introduces the layout forms of prestressing tendons in reticulated shells and related prestress design and construction technologies.

Abstract:The prestress engineering of Daya Bay nuclear power plant reactor containment vessel adopts the French standard Freyssinet Monogroup system, with steel strands composed of 19 or 36 T16 wires threaded through rigid or semi-rigid ducts for post-tensioning. The containment prestress is divided into three systems: horizontal, vertical and dome. The horizontal direction uses 360° full circumferential layout, and strand tensioning must follow strict sequence. To prevent strand corrosion, slow-setting cement grout is injected into ducts after tensioning.
