Abstract:Xinliu River is the boundary river between Shanghai and Jiangsu Province. The Jialiu Highway is a high-grade highway connecting Jiading County of Shanghai to Liuhe Town of Jiangsu Province, with a total length of 16 km for its second-phase project. The main bridge, Xinliuhe Bridge, was constructed using the precast segmental method with integral assembly, and multiple new prestressing technologies were applied. This paper mainly introduces the new prestressing-related technologies involved in the design and construction of this bridge.

Abstract:The unbonded prestressed concrete lining test section of the sediment sluicing tunnel in the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project on the Yellow River adopted the new OVM ring-anchor unbonded prestressing technology. This paper summarizes the arrangement of prestressing tendons and measuring elements in the in-tunnel test section as well as the in-tunnel unbonded prestressed concrete construction technology. Based on the full-process field measurement of the tensioning and anchoring structure of the prestressing tendons, it analyzes the variations of concrete swelling-shrinkage and thermal stress, the stress distribution law of the in-tunnel unbonded prestressed concrete lining, presents the achievements of the in-tunnel unbonded prestressed concrete lining, and proposes improvement suggestions on optimizing the concrete mix proportion and strengthening construction temperature control.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces, in the prestressed concrete lining project of the sediment sluicing tunnel of the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project on the Yellow River, how engineering technicians from design, supervision, and construction rationally and scientifically carried out design and scheme selection, conducted model comparison tests and field tests, and finally determined and implemented the post-tensioning double-ring unbonded prestressed concrete construction scheme and its full process. It elaborates on the rational selection of equipment and materials, organization and optimization of construction technology, and strict quality control and management during construction, and their important roles in saving prestressing materials, improving anchor cable tensioning efficiency, reducing construction intensity, accelerating construction progress, and ensuring project quality.

Abstract:In the second-phase project of Chengdu Wastewater Treatment Plant, the sludge digesters have an inner diameter of 27 m and a height of 20 m, with four units in total, completed and put into operation by the end of 1999. In the design of this structure, a circumferential unbonded prestressing structural scheme was adopted to meet the high circumferential prestress requirement of large-diameter, high-water-level digesters, achieving favorable economic and technical indicators. This paper briefly introduces the design and construction of the prestressed part of the digester.

Abstract:This paper introduces the selection of unbonded prestressed structural schemes, the structural design, and detailing measures for the aeration tank, sedimentation tank, and digester of the Hedong Wastewater Treatment Plant. Judging from the application effects of these several different types of hydraulic structures, the unbonded prestressing technology has broad development prospects.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of the long-term vibrating-wire anchor-cable dynamometer. A new mathematical model is established to improve the measurement accuracy and long-term stability of the sensor, and its application in long-term monitoring of anchor-cable tension in prestressed bridges, cable-stayed bridges, hydropower dams, slopes, etc. is presented.
