Abstract:This paper introduces the prestressing construction process of track girders for Shanghai Maglev Railway. The pre-stressing construction of track girders is divided into pre-tensioning and post-tensioning methods, and the post-tensioning method adopts HVM anchorage, which is tensioned in two times, in order to minimize the effect of concrete shrinkage and creep on the track girders. At the same time, the problem of placing the limit plate which should be paid attention to in the construction of this project is introduced.
