Abstract:The design concept of partial prestressing and the design scheme of multiple unbonded prestressing tendons arranged in parallel bundles and tensioned singly were adopted for two 5000m^3 coal silos of Tianjin Dagang Power Plant. This paper introduces the design principles and reinforcement criteria, the application and construction of the non-bonded prestressing tendons, and the technical and economic significance.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structural arrangement, calculation and slip mold construction of the double-deck raw material mixing storage warehouse with a diameter of 22m and a height of nearly 80m. The storehouse is the largest pre-stressed double storehouse which has been built and put into use in China, and it can be used as a reference for relevant scientific research, design and construction units.

Abstract:The application of bi-directional prestressing in rectangular pools is very rare in China. Longyan wastewater treatment plant in Fujian Province, biological pool length 78m, width 46m, height 9.9m, is China's current use of prestressing two-way tensile design program in the largest wastewater treatment pool, this paper is the design of the project is summarized, can be used for reference.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the design method of unbonded partially prestressed concrete rectangular pool through engineering design examples, and proposes the design idea of controlling the cracks at the prestressing reinforcement only in the prestressed concrete bending member, which changes the practice that cracks cannot appear in the whole cross-section in the previous prestressed structure using steel wires and strands as prestressing reinforcement.

Abstract:Combined with a project example, this paper introduces the structural design of ovoid digester and the application of non-bonded prestressing technology, and puts forward some problems that should be solved in the design of such structures.
2001, 5(05X):34-36. DOI: 10.59238/j.pt.2001.05X.008
Abstract:In the previous design of digesters, the pre-stressing method of winding wire or mild steel segmental tensioning was mostly used. In the design of four large-scale sludge digesters with an inner diameter of 28 m at Qingdao Haibohe Wastewater Treatment Plant, in order to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, crack resistance (water and air tightness) and the establishment of high pre-compressive stresses, the first time that the circular prestressing of digesters was used in an unbonded prestressing program.
