Abstract:It introduces the application of the advanced span-by-span casting construction method of mobile molding frame on the 5×50m continuous box girder bridge of the North Approach Bridge of Beicha Bridge of Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge. The method is highly automated and can effectively shorten the construction period. It also discusses the setting of pre-arch and the design problems related to the construction of this method.
