Abstract:In this paper, the series jack tensioning system is briefly used as the power device of the following projects: the tensioning of long prestressed tendons, the continuous jacking of PC box girder, the horizontal rotation of bridge, the cable and tensioning of cable-stayed bridge, the climbing mode lifting, lifting and hoisting, etc. It shows that the hydraulic lifting and jacking method has wide applicability in the construction of Bridges and buildings.

Abstract:The prestressed steel structure of the steel gate building of the main station of Beijing West Railway Station has a self-weight of 1800t and a total load of 6000t. The upper and lower strings of the steel frame are respectively provided with prestressed bundles, which are divided into two tensioned. The lifting installation of the steel door building adopts a hydraulic integral lifting device.
