Abstract:The hydraulic system is the most core component of the walking type pushing device. By analyzing the construction process of the walking type pushing device, a hydraulic system that meets the various performance indicators of the walking type pushing device is studied. Through in-depth research on hydraulic principles, actuator action processes, component selection, etc., the walking type pushing is achieved to complete the pushing forward of the box beam according to the specified construction method. The average pushing speed of the walking type pushing device is about 5m/h, and the synchronous accuracy of pushing on both sides of the same pier is<3mm, and the synchronous accuracy of pushing between each pier is<4mm; The synchronous accuracy of lifting or lowering the box beam with the same side jack is less than 3mm, fully meeting the functional and accuracy requirements of the walking type pushing device
