This paper introduces the natural environment, geographical location and general situation of Le Pont Flaubert, the largest Vertical-lift bridge in the world, and introduces the main technical innovations in the design and construction of the French Flaubert Bridge, as well as the characteristics of the bridge. However, the Vertical-lift bridge can not only meet the basic needs of urban traffic, but also ensure the passage of large ships, which preserves the navigation culture of the city to the greatest extent, and is also a harmonious unity of the bridge and the environment
