    Abstract:

The bending tensile test method was used to test the bonding performance between carbon fiber cloth and steel components. The effects of thickness, width, and length of carbon fiber cloth on bonding strength were studied. The experimental results indicate that as the adhesive thickness increases, the ultimate bearing capacity gradually increases, but it is not a simple linear relationship; As the ratio of adhesive width to the width of the steel specimen increases, the ultimate bearing capacity gradually decreases; The effective bonding length between fiber cloth and steel structure is approximately 120-150mm
