Abstract:This article introduces the design, process, and construction of ultra-high performance concrete small road bridges. These bridges are composed of prefabricated prestressed concrete beams and cast-in-place ordinary concrete panels. In order to determine the mix design, material performance and durability, and to study the tensile performance of prestressed concrete beams with and without concrete bridge decks, some preliminary tests were conducted. Through experimental analysis of prestressed high-performance concrete beams with and without fibers, the influence of steel fibers on uniformity and size effects in structural grades was verified. Determine the structural properties of the materials to design the final section of the bridge. This article also introduces an industrial feasibility attempt to prepare high-performance concrete structures using traditional raw materials and universal production techniques. At the same time, the production technology when using steel fibers was evaluated
