This article introduces the overview of Luoyang East Main Canal Drainage Tunnel Project; This article elaborates on the solutions and precautions for key issues such as excavation collapse prevention, surface settlement, waterproofing and drainage, permanent support with sprayed concrete, and monitoring measurement in the construction of shallow buried underground excavation method.
