Abstract:The cast-in-place box girder support of Zhongzhou Bridge adopts a steel pipe Bailey beam column structure, and the construction needs to address the design, verification, and key construction points of the support system. In practice, a 12 meter span Bailey assembled simply supported beam structure is used, with double row pipe piles supporting the middle pier and vibration hammering to set up pipe piles. Based on the stress analysis, the arrangement of Bailey beams is determined, and strengthening measures are proposed based on the pre compression and observation of the support. Practice has proven that the design and construction of supports are feasible
