    Abstract:

    The Shanghai Maglev Railway is the world's first commercial maglev railway. During its construction process, scientific and technological personnel overcame many technical difficulties. Among them, the most challenging technical aspect in civil engineering is the production of prestressed track beams. Due to the special requirements for the performance of maglev track beams, their manufacturing accuracy is extremely high. The most important aspect during the construction process is the tension control of pre tensioning and post tensioning during the production of prestressed track beams. The article analyzes and introduces the technical characteristics of vibrating wire sensors and the development, development, and application of vibrating wire anchor cable force measuring instruments
