This article briefly introduces the design characteristics of bonded prestressed flat beams for the Chongqing Langgao Hyatt Hotel project. In the design, the finite element program is used to analyze the influence of beam column stiffness on the axial preload of the beam. By reserving post pouring strips for columns and walls, the constraint effect of vertical components on prestressed beams is reduced, and the secondary axial force in the beams is reduced, making the design economical and reasonable. It has certain reference value for similar engineering designs
