    Abstract:

    1. The raising of the question. When hanging basket cantilever casting, hanging basket cantilever assembly, hanging basket to bear the weight of the entire beam segment, hanging basket itself weight is very considerable, and hanging basket weight by the poured box beam beam to bear. This increases the internal force of the beam during construction, how to reduce the internal force of the beam during construction, so as to make it as consistent as possible with the internal force requirements of the beam during operation, which is one of the problems of design and construction, the use of hanging basket construction due to the weight limit of concrete segments, the length of each segment is generally about 3 to 4 meters, and the construction period of each segment is about 7 to 10 days on average. In this way, the total construction period is relatively slow and long, especially when the hanging basket is used in the construction of long-span cable-stayed bridge, not only the construction period is more, but also because the weight of the hanging basket is large, the internal force of each section of the cable is controlled in the construction stage, increasing the amount of steel bundle, in addition, the cable force must be adjusted repeatedly, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the design and construction.
