    Abstract:

    The high slope of the permanent lock is an important building of the Three Gorges project, and it is also an important part of the lock structure. Determining reasonable design principle, selecting suitable safety standard, drawing up reasonable excavation form and proper reinforcement support, formulating reasonable excavation and reinforcement construction procedure, ensuring the stability and deformation of the slope to meet the structural and operational requirements are the main problems in the design of high slope of lock. This paper systematically introduces the basic design idea of high slope of ship lock and the basic design scheme of excavation and reinforcement support based on a lot of test and analysis results of high slope design.
