This paper comprehensively introduces the prefabrication process of U-shaped beams and the application of construction control points in Aljunied Bridge of PIE Expressway in Singapore. The layout, management and construction personnel of the prefabrication yard are described in detail, and the construction method combining advanced modern equipment and traditional construction technology adopted in this project is analyzed.
