Abstract:The cantilever roof of the main stadium of Yellow Dragon Sports Center in Zhejiang Province is a cable-stayed reticulated shell structure, which is composed of reticulated shell, inner and outer ring beams, stay cables, and stability cables. Both sides of the reticulated shell are respectively supported on the outer ring beam (prestressed concrete beam) and the inner ring beam (steel box beam), and the inner ring beam is suspended on the prestressed concrete suspension tower at both ends through the stay cables, thus forming a complex spatial structure composed of suspension towers, stay cables, inner ring beams, outer ring beams, reticulated shells, and stability cables. According to the design intent of the structure, the lattice shell and ring beam are installed from both ends (hanging tower edge) to the middle, and the temperature should be controlled when closing in the middle; During the installation process, the grid shell cannot be connected to the inner ring beam, making the installation of the grid shell more difficult. This article discusses the installation process and method of the lattice shell cantilever structure, and provides a detailed introduction on how to control the temperature when the roof structure is closed, and how to ensure the synchronous construction of the lattice shell and the inner ring beam without mutual influence
