Abstract:This paper describes the research of 2000MPa grade steel strand anchorage, analysis, test situation, main performance communication preliminary engineering use. Through finite element analysis, strain testing and other methods to analyze the stress state of the anchorage components, through a large number of tests on the anchorage continuously improved; the use of new heat treatment process to improve the performance of the anchorage. The developed anchorage can reliably anchor strands of 2000MPa grade and below, and has high fatigue resistance (fatigue test stress amplitude up to 120MPa), and at the same time, compared with the existing general anchorage, the structure is more compact and lightweight.
