This paper introduces the Three Gorges permanent locks steel trestle bridge in vitro pre-stressing construction technology, practice has proved that pre-stressing anchorage in the steel structure project has the advantages of reliability, safety, cost economy, construction simplicity and short construction period, etc., which is worth popularizing and applying.
