Tianhe Sports West Road commercial apartment is an advanced equipment, modern management of high-level apartment office building, 93 years to start the construction, May 96 topped out, completed in 97 years for use. This paper summarizes the new technologies, materials and methods used in the structural design and construction of this project, focusing on the application of non-bonded prestressed wide flat beams, steel concrete combined structure and new inorganic aluminum salt waterproofing agent.
