    Abstract:

    The main bridge of Hunan Hengshan Xiangjiang Highway Bridge is designed as a cable-stayed bridge and continuous girder, which is constructed by two-way jacking method on both sides of the bridge. By setting up temporary piers, the navigable main span is transformed into a jacking span, and when the box girders are prefabricated and jacked in place, the towers, cables and cable ties are poured, the temporary piers are removed, and the conversion of the continuous girder to the cable-stayed bridge system is completed.
