主办单位：同济大学（不变）
出版单位变更：本刊出版单位由同济大学出版社变更为高等教育出版社有限公司。
刊号变更：本刊国际标准连续出版物号（ISSN）由原有的 Print-ISSN 2521-9480、Electronic-ISSN 2959-5177 变更为 ISSN 2097-9681。
本次变更是本刊发展历程中的重要里程碑。高等教育出版社作为我国教育出版领域的国家队，具有丰富的学术期刊出版经验和广泛的国际影响力。变更后，本刊将继续坚持开放获取（钻石OA）、同行评议的办刊模式，聚焦预应力技术领域的前沿研究与工程实践，致力于打造具有国际影响力的专业学术期刊。

To further enhance the academic quality and international influence of Prestress Technology, and to better serve China's scientific innovation and scholarly communication, the journal hereby announces the following changes to its publisher and ISSN, effective from August 2026:
Sponsor: Tongji University (unchanged)
Publisher Change: The journal's publisher is changed from Tongji University Press to Higher Education Press Co., Ltd.
ISSN Change: The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is changed from the previous Print-ISSN 2521-9480 and Electronic-ISSN 2959-5177 to ISSN 2097-9681.
This change marks a significant milestone in the journal's development. As a national flagship publisher in China's educational publishing sector, Higher Education Press possesses rich experience in academic journal publishing and extensive international outreach.
