    Abstract:

    This paper mainly introduces, in the prestressed concrete lining project of the sediment sluicing tunnel of the Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project on the Yellow River, how engineering technicians from design, supervision, and construction rationally and scientifically carried out design and scheme selection, conducted model comparison tests and field tests, and finally determined and implemented the post-tensioning double-ring unbonded prestressed concrete construction scheme and its full process. It elaborates on the rational selection of equipment and materials, organization and optimization of construction technology, and strict quality control and management during construction, and their important roles in saving prestressing materials, improving anchor cable tensioning efficiency, reducing construction intensity, accelerating construction progress, and ensuring project quality.
