    摘要:

    随着高速铁路快速发展,铁路跨越桥梁结构呈多样化,超大路度、超大重量成为高铁跨江桥梁的主要特点,其中大跨度、大吨位的钢架梁由于其具有优良的特点,成为铁路跨越江河的主要结构体系,在江河、峡谷架设大吨位钢析梁施工方法和工艺的创新性成为成功安装大跨度、大吨位钢梁的关键。基于多点同步液压控制、柔性牵引、钢节点滑靴承载等技术是实现大跨度大吨位钢梁架设安装关键创新技术,该技术的成功运用为同类跨越江河、峡谷的大跨度、大吨位钢析桥梁建造提供参考和经验借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the structure of railway bridge is diversified, and ultra-large road degree and ultra-large weight have become the main characteristics of high-speed railway bridge across the river. Among them, steel frame beams with large span and large tonnage have become the main structural system of railway across the river due to their excellent characteristics. The innovation of construction method and technology for erection of large-span and large-tonnage steel beams in rivers and valleys has become the key to the successful installation of large-span and large-tonnage steel beams. The technology based on multi-point synchronous hydraulic control, flexible traction and steel joint sliding boots is the key innovation technology to realize the erection and installation of large-span and large-tonnage steel beams. The successful application of this technology provides reference and experience for the construction of similar large-span and large-tonnage steel Bridges across rivers and valleys.
