    摘要:

    目前,大跨径的悬索桥维护涉及索夹更换的工程实践较少,其更换面临着诸多亟待解决的工程问题。本文结合某大跨径悬索桥索夹更换工程实例,介绍了某大跨径悬索桥索夹更换中临时设施的选型及设计要点;并重点介绍了快速索夹更换的施工工艺,经工程实践证明该索夹更换工艺安全有效地实现了快速索夹更换。同时该实践可为同类桥型索夹更换的设计、施工提供借鉴

    Abstract:

    At present, the maintenance of long-span Suspension bridge involves less engineering practice of cable clamp replacement, and its replacement faces many engineering problems that need to be solved urgently. Based on the example of cable clamp replacement project of a long-span Suspension bridge, this paper introduces the selection and design essentials of temporary facilities for cable clamp replacement of a long-span Suspension bridge; And the construction process of rapid cable clamp replacement was emphasized, which has been proven by engineering practice to be safe and effective in achieving rapid cable clamp replacement. At the same time, this practice can provide reference for the design and construction of similar bridge type cable clamp replacement
