    摘要:

    滑动索鞍是东明黄河大桥改造工程新型钢丝斜拉体系的关键技术,当钢丝斜拉索两端的索力不均时,滑动索鞍可以通过滑动来实现两端索力的调节,使两端索力逐渐趋向于平衡。文中介绍了滑动索鞍的构造和功能,并通过理论计算和应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对滑动索鞍进行受力分析,证实了滑动索鞍的结构安全可靠性,能满足桥梁寿命设计的要求。

    Abstract:

    The sliding cable saddle is a key technology of the new steel wire cable-stayed system in the reconstruction project of Dongming Yellow River Bridge. When the cable force at both ends of the steel wire cable-stayed cable is uneven, the sliding cable saddle can adjust the cable force at both ends by sliding, making the cable force at both ends gradually tend to balance. This paper introduces the structure and function of the sliding cable saddle, and analyzes the stress of the sliding cable saddle through theoretical calculation and ANSYS finite element analysis software, proving that the structure of the sliding cable saddle is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirements of bridge life design.
