    摘要:

    土耳其博斯普鲁斯海峡三桥吊索在设计时充分考虑了桥梁在运营期间,吊索在极限位置产生了大偏转角度,要求设计柔性防水罩来密封连接吊索于索导管从而保护吊索锚具不受雨水腐蚀。本文对柔性防水罩的选材、结构进行设计,通过理论计算、ANSYS分析来验算柔性防水罩的机械性能及密封作用。

    Abstract:

    During the design of the suspension cables of the Third Bridge over the Bosphorus Strait in Turkey, the large deflection angle of the suspension cables at the limit position during the operation of the bridge was fully considered. It was required to design a flexible waterproof cover to seal the connection between the suspension cable and the cable guide pipe to protect the suspension cable anchor from rainwater corrosion. This paper designs the material selection and structure of the flexible waterproof cover, and verifies the mechanical performance and sealing effect of the flexible waterproof cover through theoretical calculation and ANSYS analysis.
