    摘要:

    预应力锚索钢绞线及波纹管组装件的锚固性能是影响锚索可靠性的重要参数,本文通过对多根环氧涂层钢绞线波纹管组装件和多根光面钢绞线波纹管组装件进行了粘结性能的对比试验研究,研究表明单丝环氧涂层钢绞线与水泥砂浆的平均粘结强度与光面钢绞线基本一致,锚索波纹管组装件的平均粘结强度小于6.2MPa时,锚索不会发生拔出破坏。

    Abstract:

    The anchoring performance of prestressed anchor cable steel strand and corrugated pipe assembly is an important parameter affecting the reliability of anchor cable. This paper compares the bonding performance of multiple epoxy-coated steel strand corrugated pipe assemblies and multiple smooth steel strand corrugated pipe assemblies through experimental research. The results show that the average bond strength between single-filament epoxy-coated steel strand and cement mortar is basically the same as that of smooth steel strand. When the average bond strength of anchor cable corrugated pipe assembly is less than 6.2 MPa, the anchor cable will not be pulled out and destroyed.
