    摘要:

    由于传统悬索桥主缆系统的结构缺陷和防腐措施不当,全世界几乎所有的悬索桥主缆系统都普遍存在主缆钢丝不同程度腐蚀的问题。本文首次提出改变原有开放式主缆结构为封闭式主缆结构,应用中国科学院海洋研究所国家海洋腐蚀防护技术工程研究中心成熟的OTC(氧化聚合型包覆防腐技术)和PTC(复层矿脂包覆防腐技术)技术,有效地阻断悬索桥主缆系统的腐蚀途径,提高悬索桥主缆系统的防腐性能,并且降低悬索桥主缆系统管养的技术难度,达到了悬索桥主缆系统的设计寿命要求。

    Abstract:

    Due to structural defects and improper corrosion protection measures in traditional suspension bridge main cable systems, almost all suspension bridge main cable systems worldwide have varying degrees of corrosion in their main cable steel wires. This paper proposes for the first time to change the original open main cable structure to a closed main cable structure, and apply the mature OTC (Oxidative Polymerization Coating Corrosion Protection Technology) and PTC (Multilayer Mineral Grease Coating Corrosion Protection Technology) technologies of the National Marine Corrosion Protection Technology Engineering Research Center of the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to effectively block the corrosion pathways of suspension bridge main cable systems, improve the corrosion protection performance of suspension bridge main cable systems, and reduce the technical difficulty of maintaining suspension bridge main cable systems, thus meeting the design life requirements of suspension bridge main cable systems.
