    摘要:

    应变传感器稳定性一直是国内传感器行业及工程检测行业关注的问题,应变传感器指标很多,且指标之间不存在简单数学关系,所以传感器长期稳定性不能笼统的研究。本文给出了应变传感器工作原理,从材料力学,量子力学和电子力学方面深入探讨了造成应变传感器不稳定性的本质原因,并总结了改善应变片不稳定性常用的方法。本文的论述对应变传感器设计及工程应用具有一定的参考价值

    Abstract:

    The stability of strain sensors has always been a concern in the domestic sensor industry and engineering testing industry. There are many indicators of strain sensors, and there is no simple mathematical relationship between the indicators, so the long-term stability of sensors cannot be studied in a general manner. In this paper, the working principle of strain sensor is given, and the essential reasons for the instability of strain sensor are discussed from the aspects of Strength of materials, quantum mechanics and electronic mechanics, and the common methods to improve the instability of Strain gauge are summarized. The discussion in this article has certain reference value for the design and engineering application of strain sensors
