    摘要:

    液压系统是牵引与滚轮行走结合的缆载吊机最核心组成部分,文章通过对缆载吊机主要功能分析,研究满足于缆载吊机各项性能指标的液压系统。通过对液压原理、执行机构配置、元器件选型等深入研究,使缆载吊机实现缆上行走功能及定位吊装功能。研究结果表明,缆上最大行走速度达到35m/h以上、最大提升速度达到30m/h以上,并可实现精确就位功能

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic system is the most core component of a cable mounted crane that combines traction and roller walking. This article analyzes the main functions of the cable mounted crane and studies the hydraulic system that meets the various performance indicators of the cable mounted crane. Through in-depth research on hydraulic principles, actuator configuration, component selection, etc., the cable mounted crane can achieve the functions of walking on the cable and positioning lifting. The research results indicate that the maximum walking speed on the cable can reach over 35m/h, the maximum lifting speed can reach over 30m/h, and the precise positioning function can be achieved
