    摘要:

    本文主要介绍了在贵州天文台射电望远镜FAST主动反射面主体支承结构架设中,一种能为锚固器(V型锚固平台)提供锚固点以及能使锚固器自由滑动至自身线形内任意位置的柔性索道锚固系统的设计及应用。该柔性索道锚固系统是索网架设工程中连接索网底部与圈梁的空中索道,它用来提供索网架设过程中V型锚固平台在不同节段的锚固点。该系统由4根钢丝绳索道组成,上端锚固以抱箍的形式固定在圈梁的弦杆上,下端以带调节装置的插销形式固定在索网底部的独立塔架上。施工过程中可以调整柔性轨道锚固系统索道线形确保V型锚固平台处于最佳挂索位置

    Abstract:

    This paper mainly introduces the design and application of a flexible cableway anchorage system that can provide anchorage points for the anchorage device (V-shaped anchorage platform) and enable the anchorage device to slide freely to any position within its own alignment during the erection of the main supporting structure of the FAST active reflector of the Radio telescope at Guizhou Observatory. The flexible cableway anchoring system is an aerial cableway that connects the bottom of the cable network and the ring beam in the cable network installation project. It is used to provide the anchoring points of the V-shaped anchoring platform at different segments during the cable network installation process. The system consists of four steel wire rope cableways, with the upper end anchored in the form of a hoop fixed to the chord of the ring beam, and the lower end fixed to an independent tower at the bottom of the cable network in the form of a pin with an adjustment device. During the construction process, the flexible track anchoring system cable line shape can be adjusted to ensure that the V-shaped anchoring platform is in the optimal hanging position
