    摘要:

    以4×20m一联高速互通立交桥匝道纠偏复位工程为背景,结合现场互通立交桥匝道自身结构特点及梁下空间,设计了两类纠偏复位体系及顶升、滑移千斤顶同步系统,利用顶推千斤顶提供主动纠偏力,驱动梁体滑移,实现梁体横向纠偏复位。其中重点介绍了纠偏复位方案的关键设计要点及施工技术。工程实践表明设计合理,施工经济便捷,达到了预期的工程效果,对同类工程具有可借鉴及推广性

    Abstract:

    With 4 × Taking the 20m high-speed interchange ramp correction and restoration project as the background, combined with the structural characteristics of the on-site interchange ramp and the space under the beam, two types of correction and restoration systems and jacking and sliding jack synchronization systems were designed. The jacking jack was used to provide active correction force, drive the beam slip, and achieve lateral correction and restoration of the beam. The key design points and construction techniques of the deviation correction and restoration plan were emphasized. Engineering practice has shown that the design is reasonable, the construction is economical and convenient, and the expected engineering effect has been achieved. It has reference and promotion value for similar projects
