    摘要:

    设计螺纹组件模型及圆饼、螺杆试件,模拟拉索锚具使用工况,进行相关防腐工艺研究。提出粉末渗锌组合防腐工艺概念,研究分析桥梁拉索锚具长效防腐的工艺方法,对防腐渗锌涂层进行成份及金相分析,设计了粉末渗锌组合防腐工艺。根据工件服役条件,进行工艺试制,验证其防腐性能,研究出不同防腐级别的工艺参数,从而满足桥梁拉索锚具在不同服役环境的防腐需要。

    Abstract:

    Design threaded component models and pie and screw test pieces, simulate the use of cable anchorages, and conduct related anti-corrosion technology research. Propose the concept of powder zinc impregnation combined anti-corrosion technology, research and analyze the process methods for long-term anti-corrosion of bridge cable anchorages, conduct composition and metallographic analysis of anti-corrosion zinc impregnation coatings, and design powder zinc impregnation combined anti-corrosion technology. According to the service conditions of the workpiece, carry out process trial production, verify its anti-corrosion performance, study the process parameters of different anti-corrosion levels, so as to meet the anti-corrosion needs of bridge cable anchorages in different service environments.
