    摘要:

    液压式缆载吊机主要包括行走机构、钢桁架、液压提升系统和控制系统四部分。武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥的主梁架设拟采用液压式缆载吊机施工方案。文中提出采用液压千斤顶牵引和多轮行走结合的行走方式,其中每个行走轮可独立升降或组合升降,这样行走过程中仍然保持液压千斤顶的稳步牵引,且行走轮一直与主缆接触,结构简单行走速度快,结构的重心也比较低,整体安全性好。另缆载吊机的行走机构设计成双向对称结构,可实现同方向的上坡和下坡行走。为液压系统提供动力的液压泵站,采用柴油机直接驱动液压泵站的一体化柴油机泵站,这样既节省了能源,同时减少了泵站和发电机组合系统的体积。液压提升千斤顶,采用了易更换夹片的新型结构,收放钢绞线采用液压马达动力收放装置。研制的4台液压牵引与滚轮行走结合的新型5000k N缆载吊机通过厂内型式试验之后应用于实际工程,文中介绍了现场架设、试验和吊装方法。自2013年9月开始正式吊装至12月成功完成鹦鹉洲长江大桥全桥143片主梁架设。实践证明,研制的新型缆载吊机系统是成功的。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic cable hoist mainly includes four parts: walking mechanism, steel truss, hydraulic lifting system and control system. The construction scheme of the main beam of the Zhuzhou Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan is proposed to adopt hydraulic cable hoist. The paper proposes a walking mode combining hydraulic jack traction and multi-wheel walking, in which each walking wheel can be lifted or lifted independently or in combination, so that the hydraulic jack can still be steadily pulled during the walking process, and the walking wheel has been in contact with the main cable, the structure is simple, the walking speed is fast, the center of gravity of the structure is relatively low, and the overall safety is good. The walking mechanism of the cable hoisting crane is designed as a bi-directional symmetrical structure, which can realize the uphill and downhill walking in the same direction. The hydraulic pump station, which provides power for the hydraulic system, uses the diesel engine to drive the hydraulic pump station directly, which saves energy and reduces the volume of the pump station and generator combined system. The hydraulic lifting jack adopts a new structure that is easy to change the clip, and the retracting and retracting steel strand adopts a hydraulic motor power retracting and retracting device. Four new 5000k N cable hoisting cranes with hydraulic traction combined with rolling wheels were developed and applied to practical projects after the type test in the factory. From September 2013 to December 2013, 143 main beams of the whole bridge of Zhuozhou Yangtze River Bridge were successfully erected. The practice proves that the new cable-borne crane system developed is successful.
