    摘要:

    6400吨液压复式起重机是全球起重能力最大的陆地起重机,最大额定起重量6400吨,起吊高度120米,设备设计制造国产化率100%。到2013年底,已成功应用于山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目两台费托合成反应器的吊装。本文介绍了该起重机测控系统的组成和基本性能,对石油化工行业大型反应器罐的吊装具有重大推广意义。

    Abstract:

    6400 tons hydraulic compound crane is the world's largest lifting capacity of land crane, the maximum rated lifting weight of 6400 tons, lifting height of 120 meters, equipment design and manufacturing localization rate of 100%. By the end of 2013, it has been successfully applied to the hoisting of two Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactors in Shanxi Lu 'an high sulfur coal clean utilization oil-heating integration demonstration project. This paper introduces the composition and basic performance of the crane measurement and control system, which is of great significance to the hoisting of large reactor tanks in petrochemical industry.
